Closing Thoughts: My New Favorite “Red Light” District

Chillax. The Light’s Got Ya.
I never thought I’d fall for a stoplight, but the one at Fresh Ponds and Hardenburg has won my heart. For years, that intersection was pure chaos—too many close calls, too many crashes, too much anxiety. When the new light finally arrived, it felt like a small miracle. Red light? No worries. I take in the quiet beauty of the surroundings, watch the cars glide past on green, and feel a deep sense of peace. Who knew a stoplight could feel like home?
